Liz Randol did her undergraduate work in psychology at Sarah Lawrence College and UC Santa Cruz. In the early '80's she studied Breathwork with Sondra Ray & Leonard Orr.

She did personal work at the Light Institute in Galisteo, New Mexico then studied the acupressure points "the Windows to the Sky" at the Deva Foundation in Valencia, New Mexico.

Liz has been facilitating this work since 1988 in Santa Fe and Taos, and since 1995 in Hawaii.
