The Emotional Body is where we hold our old ideas and belief systems and patterns from the past. We use Shamanic techniques to work with consciousness (as opposed to the mind) to shape reality.

Each of us holds within ourselves all the wisdom and insights necessary to create for ourselves the lives we have always wanted. You can learn to release old belief systems that are holding you back from your inner wisdom and creating the life you want for yourself. The Universe supports our choices. The key is to learn to make conscious choices. As we clear ourselves, we help to create heaven on earth for all sentient beings.

In this process, The Higher Self, the intuitive knowing inside us, releases energy blocks imprinted at the cellular level. This brings us closer to realizing our dreams, dreams which many of us have put off due to our limited view of ourselves and what we deserve.
