Liz works multidimensionally with the whole being, body, mind, spirit and emotions, to clear emotional and spiritual blocks and patterns imprinted in the subconscious mind. This work uses the individual's own Higher Self guidance to work in present time to create powerful transformation. The perfect work for someone who wants to effectively use their retreat time on Hawaii to see true healing change happen in his or her life.

Clearing the Emotional Body

The Emotional Body is where we hold our old ideas and belief systems and patterns from the past. We use Shamanic techniques to work with consciousness (as opposed to the mind) to shape reality.

Each of us holds within ourselves all the wisdom and insights necessary to create for ourselves the lives we have always wanted. You can learn to release old belief systems that are holding you back from your inner wisdom and creating the life you want for yourself. The Universe supports our choices. The key is to learn to make conscious choices. As we clear ourselves, we help to create heaven on earth for all sentient beings.

Clear Past Life & Early Childhood Experiences

In this process, The Higher Self, the intuitive knowing inside us, releases energy blocks imprinted at the cellular level. This brings us closer to realizing our dreams, dreams which many of us have put off due to our limited view of ourselves and what we deserve.

This work helps the client contact inner creativity, inner peace and well-being, as well as his/her reason for being on the planet at this time.

This work utilizes Acupressure and Breathwork to access Higher Self (superconscious mind).
