something small and portable for shoulder and back workout?
Hi- I am spending lots of time in the office and I feel sometimes in pain when holding my back straight for a long time- want to find a way to strengthen it- i swim but I guess I need something more effective - can't afford a full gym package + live in a small space- does anyone know if resistance/exercise bands or stretch cords would be good for my back and shoulder work? heard of any good wall mounted stretch cords sold? tell me what you think - thanks
One thing that I have used in the past is to hang a towel over a door and stretch and do pull ups that way. It really does help, and does not damage the door.
