I need to have some information about my eating and muscle building. At the moment my weight is 62kgs with 12% fat and 48% muscles. I want to gain both muscles and fat at the same time and that will consequently make me gain more weight. I started taking proteins which is both weight gainer and muscles developer. I am taking 75grams of that per day. But I want to have fast and healthy gain with both things. I am also going to gym every second day. What and how should I do it?

if you want to bulk up you need to be very dedicated to working out. you need to eat alot of protein. eggs,meat,ect. i would also even recomend protein shakes or bars before you work out. and also possibly buy a few sessions with a personal trainer who could show you specific exercises you can do. hope this helps
