I've had them for about a year now and it all started during the H1N1 pandemic. I don't know why but I started getting those attacks whenever I heard news of the death rates increasing due to the virus. Now, I get those attacks very often especially whenever I'm alone and very, very often before I'm about to go to sleep. It's scary - the feeling. I feel as though there's a headband tied around my head squeezing my brain, a huge lump choking my throat, shortness of breath, red rashes on my upper body, racing heartbeat, light headed-ness and the feeling of dying.
