Do you want to get into shape? How about joining a Poway exercise gyms that is close enough to you that you will go at least three or more times a week. Look to see if they have a personal trainer that you can use, even if it's not included in the membership fee. You can pay a personal trainer on their own; it shouldn't be that much more. Not that you would have to use them each time you go to the gym either. But maybe a few times a month.
See a personal trainer is paid to help you set up a good workout program and a nutritional program as well. This will help you defeat those bad eating habits; this will lead to better results. A good personal trainer will be able to get more time out of your workout and cause you to work harder too.
