Does Turbo Jam really work?
my mom just bought me turbo jam [i didn't ask her to buy it but its cool]. Its the one with the gloves and 5 dvd exercise. I cant follow the food since we dont have all of the ingredientss. So will i be able to lose weight by just doing the exercises and lessening the amount of food i intake? She also bought me Pilates before i tried to do it everyday but it didn't work. So will this on really work? I'm 14 1/2, and around weigh 198-204 lbs [too heavy for my age i know] I'm 66" [5'6"] tall, how much weight will i lose in 2-4 weeks?
The menu provided is a guideline. Substitute ingredients as long as they are not sugary or too fatty. Don't eat less food, but eat more nutritious food.
