Water helps in two ways. First of all, sip cold water every 10 minutes. The intake of cold water act as a signal to the body for using its heat stored in the form of calories to face the cold water. Secondly go for a shower with cold water. You can also have a regular shower followed by a cold water rinse. Bear in mind that regular meals nearly 5-6 times in a day added with sufficient quantities of fruits, vegetables and water can facilitate weight loss without exercising.
