so many diets! what has helped you?
IM 5'7 215 LBS. I need to drop at least 35 pounds and I would like to do it before my birthday(dec of this year) any diets that have helped anybody out there? I just had a gym built in my house(free wieghts,exercise bike,pull up bar, punching bag, mma equipment etc.) Am looking to get really active. I just need a good tried and true diet. No BS folks, help me out please!

you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.
